Haippatechsolution is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Happatechsolution, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.

Thanks for shopping at Haippatechsolution. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products
If something is wrong with the product you purchased, or if you are dissatisfied with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for it. In some cases, items may be returned for checkups and servicing, and items may only be replaced if the situation becomes untenable.
We at Haippatechsolution are dedicated to providing the best products to our customers. Every product you select is thoroughly inspected, defect-checked, and packaged with the utmost care. We do this so that you will fall in love with our products.
Unfortunately, there are times when we do not have the product(s) you have selected in stock or when we are experiencing problems with our inventory and quality control. We may be forced to cancel your order in such cases. You will be notified in advance so that you do not have to worry about your order unnecessarily. If you purchased via online payment (rather than cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We perform a thorough quality check before processing the order. We pack the product with the utmost care. At the same time, we make certain if the packing is enough so that the things are not damaged during shipment. Please keep in mind that Haippatechsolution is not responsible for any damages that occur to the goods during transit or shipment.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
- We DO NOT allow returns sold products-online or in retail outlets
- We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products
- Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in a retail store
- We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products unless items sold out warrant such conditions
- We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.
For International Orders:
- We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns
- If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
- Orders already in shipping cannot be returned cancelled or refunded.

Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Haippatechsolution may have to limit the number of products available for purchase Trust us we’re building them as fast as we can. Happatechsolution reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order: Furthermore, there may be occasions when Haippatechsolution confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Haippatechsolution will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
